More than a blank notebook
A Guided 30-Day Gratitude Practice — Not Just Blank Pages
Most free gratitude journals give you three empty lines and call it done. This one is different.
Each daily page walks you through a structured practice that combines mindfulness and gratitude journaling into one focused session.
3 Gratitude Prompts Per Day
Each page gives you three specific prompts to help you notice what matters. Not “list 3 things you’re grateful for” — real questions that draw out genuine reflection.
Mindfulness Awareness Moment
A gentle mindfulness checkpoint on every page. One moment to pause, notice how you feel, and connect your gratitude practice to your present awareness.
Daily Reflection Line
End each day’s practice with a single reflection. A chance to notice patterns, shifts in perspective, or small wins you might have missed.

Reviews
Finally a Gratitude Journal That Doesn't Feel Cringey
I’ll be honest — I always thought gratitude journals were kind of cringey. Toxic positivity wrapped in a pastel cover. This changed my mind. The tone is grounded and real, not preachy or performative. The prompts ask you to notice things, not pretend everything is amazing. Some days the prompt was about a challenge that taught me something, or a person who showed up for me when I didn’t expect it. That felt authentic, not forced. The design is simple and clean too — no inspirational quotes plastered on every page. Just space to think and write. I still wouldn’t call myself a journaling person, but I finished all 30 days and that says something. Would recommend to anyone who’s skeptical like I was.
My Whole Family Is Doing It Now
I printed one for myself and my teenage daughter asked what it was. Printed her a copy too. Then my husband wanted one. Now all three of us sit at the dining table after dinner and spend five minutes filling out our pages. It’s become this quiet little family ritual that none of us expected. The prompts spark real conversations sometimes — my daughter shared something on day twelve that she’d never told us before. I know it’s just a PDF but it’s brought us closer together in a way I can’t fully explain. We’re on our second round now. Please never stop offering this for free.
Bought the Full Journal After Finishing This
This free journal was my gateway into the whole iAmEvolving system. I downloaded it on a whim, completed all 30 days, and loved the experience so much that I went and bought the full iAmEvolving Journal. The free version gave me enough structure to build the habit, and the paid journal takes it to a whole new level with intentions, habit tracking, and the emotional wellness scale. But honestly, even if you never upgrade, this 30-day gratitude journal is a complete product on its own. It’s generous, well-designed, and genuinely helpful. The fact that it’s free makes it an easy recommendation to anyone curious about journaling.
Used It on My iPad — Clean and Beautiful Layout
I didn’t want to print it so I opened the PDF in GoodNotes on my iPad and used it digitally with my Apple Pencil. The layout is really clean and minimal — plenty of space to write, no visual clutter, and it looks great on screen. Each page has a slightly different prompt which I appreciated because it forces you to think about gratitude from new angles. The mindfulness moment before each entry is a small touch that makes a big difference. It takes me from rushing mode to reflective mode in about thirty seconds. This is thoughtfully designed and I can tell someone put real care into it. Highly recommend.
New Year's Resolution That Actually Lasted
Downloaded this on January 1st as my New Year’s resolution to be more mindful. Fully expected to abandon it by week two like everything else. But the daily pages are so quick — five minutes, seriously — that I ran out of excuses. The prompts surprised me too. Some days they asked about people, other days about moments or even physical sensations. It kept me from falling into a rut of writing the same things over and over. I just finished day 30 and I genuinely feel different. Not transformed or anything dramatic, just a little more aware of what’s good in my life. That’s enough for me. Printing it again tomorrow.
