EACH DAY

What’s on every page

One affirmation and a small cue

Each day opens with one I Am affirmation and a short cue for how to use it, such as saying it with your hand on your chest or putting it on a sticky note where you will see it.

Three questions to write on

What does this affirmation mean to me today? Where will I need it most? Then you write the affirmation three times by hand.

Room for your own version

If a sentence feels too far from where you are today, write a gentler version you can believe. Every 10 days, a reflection page helps you choose which words to keep.

IS THIS FOR YOU?

This printable is for you if…

Your inner voice is hard on you

You catch yourself thinking “I always mess this up” and want something else to say back. Each page gives you that sentence and asks where you will need it that day.

Affirmation lists haven’t stuck

A list you read in the morning is easy to forget by lunch. Writing one affirmation by hand and answering two questions about it gives you something to come back to.

You want to start small

One page a day, about 10 minutes, with no app to install. If you miss a day, the next page is still there.

You like pen and paper

Print the pages, keep today’s on your desk or mirror, and file the finished ones in a folder.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is this affirmations printable really free?
Yes. Enter your first name and email, confirm your address from the email we send, and the download is ready. There is no payment and no account to create. You’ll also receive our Friday journaling email, and you can unsubscribe anytime.
How many pages is it?
38 pages: a cover, a contents page, a Before You Begin page, 30 daily pages, 3 reflection pages, a Keep Going page and a Notes page.
What is on each daily page?
One I Am affirmation, a short cue for how to use it and three writing questions. The last one asks you to write the affirmation, or your own honest version, three times.
What if an affirmation doesn’t feel true yet?
That is common, especially in the first week. Write a gentler version you can believe today, or name what makes the words difficult. Some affirmations get easier to say after a few weeks, and some take longer.
When is the best time to do it?
Most people do it in the morning, so the affirmation is fresh when the day starts. If you already have a morning journaling routine, add the page to it. Evenings work too.
Can I print it on A4 paper?
Yes. The pages are Letter size (8.5 x 11 in). On A4, choose “Fit to page” in your print settings.
Can I use it on an iPad or tablet?
Yes. Open the PDF in any app that lets you write on PDFs and fill it in with a stylus or the keyboard.
What should I do after Day 30?
Keep the affirmations that helped and say them whenever your inner voice turns harsh. You can print a fresh copy and start again, or continue with the iAmEvolving Journal for a daily practice with goals, gratitude and habits.
